This is a lie. Obama can not read such a book at a public function. Someone is making this lie up in order to promote Miguna's book.

similar to Miguna Miguna book, Dreams from My Father, which moves away
from questions of racial authenticity and identity politics but
recognizes the narrative powers of African American literature to
shape a convincing and appealing black self.

Coincidentally both President Obama and Miguna's origins is in native Kenya.

President Obama and Miguna Miguna are both professional lawyers.
