Most of those heads in parliament went there because they were able to afford the elections. And most are going to leave that same parliament not knowing how to use the gadgets anyway. At the end of the month they gross 800k for doing nothing.

How ready are we on ICT !

 

Our Honourables fumbled in parliament on the gadgets that will be their communication tools in their businesses.

 

That comes amid debates on the BVR on the recent cancelled tender by IEBC , "offer" by Mrs.Clinton (USA),  if requested and the reinstatement for tendering of the gadgets so as to have credible elections.

 

With limited time and our nature (too much politicking),how ready are we as a nation to vote electronically!

Does BVR guarantee credible elections!
