Kwakuchangia ni kwamba hawa jamaa zetu hawakujali mazingira ya kazi, mfano mzuri ni kwamba kuna wafanyakazi takriba ni helfu saba ambao wanafanyakazi ya kuwasaidia ndugu zetu wakimbizi kutoka Burundi sehemu ya kambi  MTABILA-Kasulu-Kigoma -Ajira yao inakoma mara tu baada ya kambi kufungwa .Kambi inategemewa kufungwa mwezi wa kumi na mbili au wa tisa 2012. Kati ya wafanyakazi wote helfu sita wenye miaka karibu na 55 ni kama kumi hivi. Je kijana ajira ikome ana miaka ishirini na mitano aongeze miaka ya kuishi 30 mitahani ndo ajekupata mafao yake je hiyo ni haki? Natujuavyo NSSF contribution za mtu ni seheme ya mshahara wa mtu ambao ameufanyia kazi kwa mwezi huo, Kawaida
kuna makato makubwa ambayo ni PAYEE na NSSF ikibakia NET PAY. PAYEE ni income tax collection za mtu ambazo zinaingia moja kwa moja kwenye nchi kwa ajili ya kufanyia vitu mbalimbali kama madawa hospitalini nk. Namakato mengine ndiyo hayo ya NSSF ambayo unakatwa asilimia kumi na muajili anakuwekea asilimia kumi , jumla ya asilimia ishirini zinazopaswa kuwakilishwa kwenye mfuko wa kuifadhia yahani  NSSF na kinachobaki ndicho unapewa kama NET PAY yako.. Je swali langu ni kwanini kati ya vitu vyote vitatu kinachoandamwa ni kimoja ambacho ni NSSF? mbona PAYEE na NET pay haviongelewi , na vyote nisehemu ya mshahara wa mfanyakazi?

Dr Gabagambi umenena vema kuhusu subira, ni vema kutafakari jambo kabla ya kulitolea uwamuzi na hiyo inahitaji muda! lakini SSRA hawawezi kuwa sahihi katika hili kwa kuwa hiyo ni fedha ya mwanachama na hayo ni maisha yake! hakuna mtu anaekuja nyumbani kwako na kutoa masharti juu ya jinsi unapaswa kutumia kipato chako. Fedha halali yao ni kodi wanazochukua, wakitaka kuweka masharti ya namna hiyo ni lazima wabadirishe mfumo wa upatikanaji wa fedha hizo za pension...mathalani kama serikali inajali watu wake fedha ya pension ichangie yenyewe na waajiri, mwanachama asikatwe! hapo wanaweza kuwa na amri juu ya lini wapi na jinsi gani mwanachama anatakiwa kutumia fedha yake. Lets call a spade a spade Dr, hivi do you real believe kuwa uwamuzi huo umefanyika out of people's

concern? unafikiri ni kwa manufaa ya wananchi? wangekuwa wanajali wananchi wenzao wangeweza kujipatia maisha ya kifahari wakati walimu mishahara ya kutupa...wangeshindwa kusimamia rasilimali za nchi vizuri ili kuwasaidia wananchi wao? wangechezea bandari kiasi cha kuzalisha kidogo kiasi hicho, wangetafuna pesa na kujigawia vitaru katika mbuga za wanyama? wange kubali kuingia ubia wa 10% katika makampuni makubwa na mashirika ya umma na kuyasaidia kukwepa kodi?

Ambacho amkubali watu wa aina yako na walioserikalini ni kuwa watanzania wanauwezo wa kufikiri na kuamua mambo yao ndio maana kila kukicha mnajifanya kuwachagulia maisha watakayoishi...mara lazima muungane, mara tunawatunzia pesa zenu, mara mtakuwa na vazi la taifa, mara, mara mara........kubalini kwamba tunaakilia na tunaweza kusimamia maisha yetu bwana! na tatizo hili bahatimbaya linakwenda mpaka kwenye malezi ya watoto wetu, hatuwaamini kama watakuwa na tunawajengea malezi tegemezi matokeo yake mpaka kazi tunawatafutia, wake tunawozesha na mwisho tunawarithisha mpaka nafasi zetu...wapi na wapi.
