Obama may just be one among the many world leaders reading the book. The book has a lot more than just the Rt. Hon. RAO historic corrupt deals; the book details the chronology of events before, during and after the Grand Coalition was formed and some of the worst power plays. It is not about ODM and RAO.

I warned some of the ODM folks, ridiculing Miguna and his book in public, would actual end up achieving the opposite. It is the ODM brigade that hyped the book and helped market it more than the author. By the time the book was launched, every scholar locally and globally was looking for the book and within a week, the sales from the book had hit Kshs 13.5 Million, were people buying the book to go and throw in the ocean? certainly not. In fact, ODM went ahead and cracked the book making it available free on line to everyone who cared to read, including the lazy culprit in Canada who has always claimed he cannot read any piece going beyond a page lest his lips tire.

Anyway, the book has hit the shelves in leading bookshops and it will be read from generation to generation. I visited a bookshop opposite GPO Nairobi on Friday last week, the rate at which people pick the book is alarming!

Like it or not, Peeling Back the Mask may be the most read book in rest times!

Maurice, Anybody who has any inkling as to the kind of person Pres Obama is (he of the walking around reading widely on his iPad) knows that definitely he would be reading Miguna's book.  Peeling Back the Mask is a great read and a fantastic piece, but your partisan demagoguery blinds you to looking at anything that does not praise raila. So while you bury your head in the sand, allow other citizens and those in search of info and knowledge to benefit. Oh I am so sure Obama is ahead of me in this book.
