RUNNING MATE Kalonzo Musyoka
told a huge Cord rally to welcome Raila back home that come
July 7, Cord will demand a National Dialogue for the
formation of an inclusive government or the current one
should go home.Reasons adduced by Kalonzo
included failure by Jubilee to cope with runaway insecurity,
rampant corruption and slow pace of
devolution.****BABA, WHERE IS MY HAT ?
I noticed a number of Cord leaders were wearing brand new
hats - presumably gifts from Raila Odinga. Baba of
Democracy, kindly note I am  hatless.****
NAIROBI Governor Evans Kidero was called by Kalonzo to speak
but he didn't get far before he was booed off the stage
with "kwenda zako" cries.***RAILA
held up the hand of Mombasa Governor Hassan Ali Joho as he
called for peace between Muslims and Christians in Mombasa.
He condemned the Jubilee Government for the recent crackdown
on Muslims in Mombasa and Eastleigh.***
BOSOM BUDDIES: The two Hassans from Mombasa County -
Governor Joho and Senator Omar. They stood next to each
other, danced together, sat together and when Joho was
called to say a few words, Omar was right behind him. They
have been frequently photographed together.Only
last year the two were not seeing eye to eye. Talk of no
permanent friends or enemies in politics.
