Fulgence Kazaura has appointed Dr. Wineaster Anderson to the position of Dean, University of Dar es Salaam Business School (UDBS) for the remaining part of the 2012/13-2014/15 triennium.Dr. Wineaster Anderson is a Senior Lecturer, University of Dar es Salaam, where she has been since 2001, teaching International Marketing and Tourism Economics. She was formerly Associate Dean in Research and Publication of the University of Dar es Salaam Business School.  
Prior to her current appointment, Dr. Anderson was the Director of University of Dar es Salaam Quality Assurance Bureau (QAB), responsible for constantly monitoring and evaluating quality assurance processes at the University of
Dar es Salaam.
