Re: [wanabidii] THE LAW AND THE STATUS QUO

To me dis is very true and is related to technicalities in
litigations and case proceedings such that, if you want to chase for
your right, should do it through an advocate or a person who is
knowledgeable of the law. To get this person you must get prepared
with deeper pocket for a competent advocate or go for a bush lawyer
prepare to pay less and get your case struck out with cost then the
end of it, cuz you will never dare again take back the case because of
the pain you get to pay the person who has done wrong to you and you
think the law should do something to cover you or to grant you some
relief.

You will also have heard of the judges and advocates who dictate to
the magistrates how the judgment of some cases in which they have
interests should be.

You may also have others who would assist the parties to the case
with the submissions or what to say before them and they are the same
to write judgments.

Not forgetting some decision makers who have law firms in towns and
the same law firms will have to bring cases before the owner for
decisions. To mention but a few, but add there corruption.

Then what do you expect? No money no right through law, you are not
at high and might stay home and god will pay. You are at high and
might do whatever you want to harm others status will solve.
