Ninachokifikilia mimi ni kuwa utendaji kazi wa mawaziri wa kenya utakuwa na ufanisi zaidi bila kujali nani anakuwa na nguvu ya kuwaondoa pindi wanapokosea, mfumo wa hapa kwetu Tanzania wa mawaziri kuwa wanasiasa unaleta shida sana katika utendaji na ndo maana tunaona, wabunge wanaegemea vyama vyao na mawaziri kadharika, Aidha unamkuta mbunge anashindwa kulitumikia vyema jimbo lake kutokana na majukumu ya uwaziri,
  

Kama ni suala la kuwaondoa mawaziri kubaki kwa Rais mbona hata hapa Tanzania bado liko kwa rais utakuta waziri amefanya madudu wananchi wanapiga kelele ajiuzuru lakini hawezi kujiuzuri mpaka rais aseme tena anawaambia kabisa sijiuzuru mpaka aliyeniteua aniambie,so hakuna tofauti ila kitendo cha mawaziri kutokuwa wanasiasa una nafuu sana kwa mtizamo wangu.
