Re: [wanabidii] FASTJET – KASUKU MWENYE KUCHA ZA SIMBA?

Uzuri wa FastJet kila kitu wameandika na wanakwambia wakati unalipia ticket-hawakushtukiza. Policy za ndege kama hii zipo hivyo sehemu zingine pia. Ni swala la kukubali matokeo. Ukiamua kusafiri nao ukubali consequences za uamuzi wako huo. 
Mimi binafsi tangu waje hawa jamaa nilishaachana na Precision kwa safari za Mwanza na Kilimanjaro. Napanda Precision kule tu walipo peke yako.

Ndugu zangu;

Kwa mara ya kwanza wakati shirika la ndege binafsi la fastjet linaanza kazi hapa nchini, lilionekana kama ni mkombozi kwa wananchi wanyonge, wasio na uwezo mkubwa kusafiri na ndege! Kadri siku zinavyosogea shirika hili ndivyo linavyokunjua makucha yake na kuonyesha kwamba ni chui aliye ndani ya ngozi ya kondoo. FastJet imekuwa ikiwaimbisha wananchi wanyonge na nauli yake ya 32,000 tu! Ilhali ni wananchi wachache sana wanaopata nafasi katika daraja hili la chini.

Mbali na nauli zake zinazobadilika kama kinyonga wa jangwani, lakini sera zake (policy) zimejilenga kujineemesha zaidi na kuwadhulumu wananchi wanyonge. Mfano usiposafiri hata kwa dharura gani, huwezi kurejeshewa fedha zako. Pia huwezi kubadilisha tarehe ya kusafiri hata kama una dharura ya namna gani, bila kulipa fedha nyingi, wakati mwingine hata kukaribia bei ya tikiti mpya, inginevyo itabidi tiketi hiyo ipotee na uje ukate nyingine.  Moja ya sera zake unapotaka kubadili muda wa safari inasema  '' Fare difference may be substantial'' (tofauti ya nauli inaweza kuwa kubwa) bila kuonyesha kiasi cha ukubwa wenyewe mpaka pale watakapokuwa wamebadili, wakati ambapo ni lazima ulipe kwani tayari watakuwa wameshaiuza kwako.

Labda nieleze kisa kilichonipata jana na leo: 

Jana: Kuna ndugu yangu aliyekuwa asafiri kwa ndege FN 0161 kutoka Dar kuja Mwanza leo asubuhi (ambayo ndiyo ilifutwa) lakini kwa bahati alibadilisha muda na kusafiri jioni kutokana na dharura iliyompata. Ilibidi alipie kiasi cha Shs. 56,000 (ziada ya bei aliyonunulia tikiti ya Shs. 155,000/= one-way) kubadili tu huo muda wa safari. Lakini dharura ile iliendelea na ikabidi niombe tena kumbadilishia safari iwe kasho asubuhi. Hapo kwa mujibu wa utaratibu wao, system ika charge malipo ya 40,000/= kama adhabu (penalty) ya kubadili safari na malipo ya ziada ya Shs. 104,000/= kwa 'kosa' hilohilo la kubadili safari kwa dharura. Sasa ukijumlisha malipo tuliyolipa kwa safari ya one-way ni  155,000 + 56,000 + 40,000 + 104,000 =  355,000!!! Kwa safari moja tu (one-way Dar/Mwz) Sawa taratibu ni taratibu, lakini taratibu za hawa ndugu zetu ni za dhulma kubwa. Kumbe yule kasuku mzuri tunayemwona, ana kucha za Simba!.

Leo: Nilikuwa nisafiri na ndege hiyo ya fastJet flight No. FN 0162 kutoka Mwanza kwenda Dar-es-Salaam saa 2:50 asubuhi. Ndege hiyo ilifutwa (cancelled) kwa sababu tuliyoelezwa kuwa ni ya kiufundi. Tukaambiwa tutasafirishwa kwa ndege yao ya jioni saa 11. Lakini cha ajabu, tofauti na utaratibu unaotumika na mashirika mengi ya ndege ''serious''  duniani hakukuwa na msaada wowote (consideration) kwa wasafiri ukizingatia wasafiri hawa wametumia fedha kukodi taxi kuwaleta uwanja wa ndege. Tulifika airport kwa gharama zetu, tukaondoka kwa gharama zetu na kurudi tena jioni kwa gharama zetu. Sasa ilipokuwa ni dharura kwa upande wangu mimi mteja, wakanichaji fedha nyingi (355,000) eti kwa usumbufu walioupata kubadili safari. Sasa iweje na wao wanapokuwa na dharura za kuharibikiwa na ndege hawatujali hata kwa nauli ya taksi? Achilia mbali suala la wasafiri kupelekwa hotelini na kurudishwa wakati wa safari!

Nadhani wakati umefika sasa kwa Serikali kupitia mamlaka husika (nadhani ni mamlaka ya safari za anga) kuchukua hatua za makusudi kuangalia na kuridhia taratibu (policies) za mashirika haya ya ndege ili ziwe fair na zisiwadhulumu wananchi kiasi hiki. Nadhani hii itakuwa ni safari yangu ya kwanza na ya mwisho kusafiri na Kasuku huyu mwenye kucha za Simba (FastJet) na nawapongeza PRECISION AIR kwa utaratibu wao mzuri wa 'KIUTU' wa kuwajali wateja wao.
