Umeuliza maswali ya maana sana na kweli yanahitaji majibu yasiyokuwa na jazba. Kwa utaratibu wa usafiri sio Tanzania tu bali duniani kwa ujumla ukichelewa kufika eneo husika la kupandia ndege, boti, basi, train au aina nyingine ya usafiri kwa sababu yoyote ile bila ya taarifa rasmi ndani ya muda uliopangwa ujue nauli imeliwa. Foleni barabarani au sababu nyingine hazina msingi kwa wenye vyombo vyao vya usafiri. Hawa ni wafanyabiashara wanaoangalia faida zaidi na si huduma zaidi kama ifanyavyo serikali. Tukubali kwamba kuna kauzembe miongoni mwetu.
Lakini pia hili la kutokujua haki zetu na jinsi ya kuzitetea ni tatizo kubwa zaidi. Na always mtu akishajua kuwa hujui ipi ni haki yako na kwa vipi utaidai ni lazima akunyanyase. Mbaya zaidi ushindani wa usafiri wa ndege ndani ya nchi ni mdogo sana. Kama wao wanamasharti yanayotubana pindi tunapoahirisha safari kwa dharula zozote zile na sisi tunawabane pindi wanapotuchelewesha au kuahirisha safari kwa sababu zozote zile.

Unanikumbusha ATC, miaka ya 1995/96 nilishinda airport toka asubuhi hadi jioni na mtoto. Nikaishia kuambiwa ndege itakuwepo kesho. Ilikuwa inaitwa Air perhaps.
Mdada akaniambia dada ondoka uje kesho. Watanzania wenzangu wakapanda taxi wakaenda zao. Mimi nikamuomba aniitie bosi wake yaani meneja. Nilimbana vizuri, nikaishia1) kupelekwa, 2) kula na 3) kulala Peacock hotel 4) kurudishwa uwanjani kwa gharama za ATC. Ninazamisha ubongo kidogo! pengine watanzania tunahitaji kujua haki zetu zaidi. Tunastahili nini na hatustahili nini ?
Je kama mmoja wetu angekuwa ni mmiliki wa ndege yeye angefanyaje tofauti?
Nyie wenzetu ambao mnasafiri kila leo, mashirika ya ndege ya kimataifa khali ikoje? ukikosa safari unarudishiwa nauli?

Mkombozi wa kweli alitakiwa awe ATC lakini na yeye dhoofu lhali sasa sijui tukimbilie wapi. Namuunga mkono Dennis Matanda kwa ushauri wake wa kupanda Saibaba au Green Star from Mwanza to Dar lkn hii ni kama huna dharula au haraka au hutomind kama ukifika Dar kiuno kinauma, mgongo umechoka na kama ulikuwa unasubiriwa kwa hamu na "familia" basi performance lazima iwe low kutokana na uchovu wa safari ya masaa 15. Ni mawazo yangu tu jamani msinikariri.

Precision anatkiwa kujua kuwa anamiza watu kwa kutotoa mawasiliano na kuwa muungwana katika ahadi yake ya kutoa huduma. Lakin ia fasjet, kama nimpata mtoa hoja yeye hajali kama unaumia...kanuni alizoweka n ngumu sana kutekelezeka katika mazingira ya tz. kuchelewa folen, ukiwa na dharura bas ticket imeenda. ukibadili safari unalipa kma ticket mara mbili, nk. Mimi nilikuwa na safari nikakwama kutoka bagamoyo kwa ajli a foleni tegeta..nikapiga simu wakasema hawawezi kubadlisha hadi nifike mwenywe ofisini na kulipa nyongeza ya badiliko.... tshs 40,000! Sikuwahi kufika kwa muda na tiketi ikaenda
Hoja yangu inarudi kwa serikali kama msimamizi wa huduma kuu za wananchi...tuwaombe waanglie wajibu wao wa kutetea wanynge......

Kuna siku na Mimi niliapa Kwamba sintosafiri na Pecision tena kwa jinsi walivyotutesa kwa kutuacha Mwanza kuanzia saa mbili usiku hadi saa Sita, kila baada ya MUDA wanasema tutaondoka baada ya muda mfupi.
Serikali haiwezi na nadhani hawana nia kuboresha usafiri wa anga hapa kwetu. Angalia masaibu yanayoipata ATC hewani, labda tupange kuwapeleka mahakamani hawa wanaotusumbua.

Ndugu zangu;Kwa mara ya kwanza wakati shirika la ndege binafsi la fastjet linaanza kazi hapa nchini, lilionekana kama ni mkombozi kwa wananchi wanyonge, wasio na uwezo mkubwa kusafiri na ndege! Kadri siku zinavyosogea shirika hili ndivyo linavyokunjua makucha yake na kuonyesha kwamba ni chui aliye ndani ya ngozi ya kondoo. FastJet imekuwa ikiwaimbisha wananchi wanyonge na nauli yake ya 32,000 tu! Ilhali ni wananchi wachache sana wanaopata nafasi katika daraja hili la chini.Mbali na nauli zake zinazobadilika kama kinyonga wa jangwani, lakini sera zake (policy) zimejilenga kujineemesha zaidi na kuwadhulumu wananchi wanyonge. Mfano usiposafiri hata kwa dharura gani, huwezi kurejeshewa fedha zako. Pia huwezi kubadilisha tarehe ya kusafiri hata kama una dharura ya namna gani, bila kulipa fedha nyingi, wakati mwingine hata kukaribia bei ya tikiti mpya, inginevyo itabidi tiketi hiyo ipotee na uje ukate nyingine. Moja ya sera zake unapotaka kubadili muda wa safari inasema '' Fare difference may be substantial'' (tofauti ya nauli inaweza kuwa kubwa) bila kuonyesha kiasi cha ukubwa wenyewe mpaka pale watakapokuwa wamebadili, wakati ambapo ni lazima ulipe kwani tayari watakuwa wameshaiuza kwako.Labda nieleze kisa kilichonipata jana na leo:Jana: Kuna ndugu yangu aliyekuwa asafiri kwa ndege FN 0161 kutoka Dar kuja Mwanza leo asubuhi (ambayo ndiyo ilifutwa) lakini kwa bahati alibadilisha muda na kusafiri jioni kutokana na dharura iliyompata. Ilibidi alipie kiasi cha Shs. 56,000 (ziada ya bei aliyonunulia tikiti ya Shs. 155,000/= one-way) kubadili tu huo muda wa safari. Lakini dharura ile iliendelea na ikabidi niombe tena kumbadilishia safari iwe kasho asubuhi. Hapo kwa mujibu wa utaratibu wao, system ika charge malipo ya 40,000/= kama adhabu (penalty) ya kubadili safari na malipo ya ziada ya Shs. 104,000/= kwa 'kosa' hilohilo la kubadili safari kwa dharura. Sasa ukijumlisha malipo tuliyolipa kwa safari ya one-way ni 155,000 + 56,000 + 40,000 + 104,000 = 355,000!!! Kwa safari moja tu (one-way Dar/Mwz) Sawa taratibu ni taratibu, lakini taratibu za hawa ndugu zetu ni za dhulma kubwa. Kumbe yule kasuku mzuri tunayemwona, ana kucha za Simba!.Leo: Nilikuwa nisafiri na ndege hiyo ya fastJet flight No. FN 0162 kutoka Mwanza kwenda Dar-es-Salaam saa 2:50 asubuhi. Ndege hiyo ilifutwa (cancelled) kwa sababu tuliyoelezwa kuwa ni ya kiufundi. Tukaambiwa tutasafirishwa kwa ndege yao ya jioni saa 11. Lakini cha ajabu, tofauti na utaratibu unaotumika na mashirika mengi ya ndege ''serious'' duniani hakukuwa na msaada wowote (consideration) kwa wasafiri ukizingatia wasafiri hawa wametumia fedha kukodi taxi kuwaleta uwanja wa ndege. Tulifika airport kwa gharama zetu, tukaondoka kwa gharama zetu na kurudi tena jioni kwa gharama zetu. Sasa ilipokuwa ni dharura kwa upande wangu mimi mteja, wakanichaji fedha nyingi (355,000) eti kwa usumbufu walioupata kubadili safari. Sasa iweje na wao wanapokuwa na dharura za kuharibikiwa na ndege hawatujali hata kwa nauli ya taksi? Achilia mbali suala la wasafiri kupelekwa hotelini na kurudishwa wakati wa safari!Nadhani wakati umefika sasa kwa Serikali kupitia mamlaka husika (nadhani ni mamlaka ya safari za anga) kuchukua hatua za makusudi kuangalia na kuridhia taratibu (policies) za mashirika haya ya ndege ili ziwe fair na zisiwadhulumu wananchi kiasi hiki. Nadhani hii itakuwa ni safari yangu ya kwanza na ya mwisho kusafiri na Kasuku huyu mwenye kucha za Simba (FastJet) na nawapongeza PRECISION AIR kwa utaratibu wao mzuri wa 'KIUTU' wa kuwajali wateja wao.Mussa
