Dear colleagues,

My personal observation shows that the most used phrases to describe a successfully person in Tanzania are:

1. Fisadi;

2. Mwizi/ Jambazi/ Tapeli;

3. Mtoto wa kigogo;

4. Anatoka kwenye familia tajiri;

5. Ana bahati.

I do wish and dare all of you to lead a mindset changes in society, by starting looking at success from positive side of it ; and changes these phrases into;

1. Hardworking;

2. Intelligent;

3. Smart;

4. Shrewdness.

Until proven otherwise.

Wish all of you daring and  prosperous 2015.
