Dear All,The Africa Agenda 2063 needs a new standard of measurement. Until now all sorts of Euro-centric metrics have been used to measure Africa in terms of various dimensions and aspects.I am currently preparing a paper on what I call 'Afrometrics', the African science of self-measurement and self- management, based on Mwalimu Nyerere's philosophy of Self-Reliance.
