[wanabidii] Re: [PK] Kidero Off the hook/ Let people join him and develop Nairobi and Kenya

Account et all,

I agree.  Kidero was a victim of unwarranted selfish Political conspiracies
that was cooked to oust him irregularly and unjustly, which should have not have been the case in the first place.

People should focus and engage on Democratic ideals of constitutional rights aiming at mandate factors.  People must avoid futile politics that degenerate into unpleasantries of political activities that are unproductive but, take away the little that people have leaving them more fragile victims of political conspiracies that push people more into extreme poverty situation, pain and suffering.  There is time for everything and politics of loses should not be 24/7, it is not gainful or productive; but are failed strategies meant to block a community from progressively moving forward.

Subject: [PK] Kidero Off the hook/ Let people join him and develop Nairobi and Kenya

This is  good for Kidero . Let Nairobi dwellers  and other Kenyans join the governor to develop the city in the sun and other parts of Kenya he is interested in. Making noise is not the solution. 2017 is just around the corner. Nobody eats words alone.

Supreme Court humiliates RAILA ODINGA again as it declares KIDERO the Nairobi Governor
The Kenyan DAILY POST News 08:27

Friday August 29, 2014 - The Supreme Court has today quashed the Court of Appeal ruling that nullified the election of Dr Evans Kidero as the Nairobi Governor in May.

Kidero lost the seat on May 13, following a successful appeal by his political rival, Ferdinand Waititu, who had earlier lost his petition against the Governor's election at the High Court.

Waititu, through his lawyer Paul Muite, managed to convince two out of the three Court of Appeal judges that the High Court had denied him a fair hearing and that the elections were marred by irregularities.

In their ruling today, the seven Supreme Court Judges quashed the Court of Appeal ruling saying Waititu's petition was time barred and ruled in favour of Kidero.

CORD supporters in Nairobi were praying that Kidero loses the seat so that they can teach him a lesson for disrespecting CORD leader, Raila Odinga.

Kidero has been accused severally of disrespecting Raila Odinga by going to bed with President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, who are enemies of CORD coalition.

Kidero had also dismissed Raila Odinga referendum calls terming it as a waste of time and money.

"My prayer today: The Supreme Court to nullify the elections of this arrogant Dr Evans Kidero," one CORD supporter said before the ruling.
