Applications are invited for the part-time University of Oxford MSc in Sustainable Urban Development forOctober 2014 entry.
The MSc offers a world view of urban sustainability, linking research to policy and practice. The course provides a stimulating learning environment and exposure to cutting-edge knowledge, aimed at enhancing professional development and opportunities in a global interdisciplinary context.
The course appeals to a variety of international practitioners and professionals interested in sustainable urbanism in fields including architecture, business, construction, economics, engineering, finance, government, planning and law. We would be grateful if list members would forward this information to colleagues, students, and alumni to whom it may be of interest.
Taught part-time, normally across two years, students attend eight intensive week-long teaching sessions in Oxford and London, complemented with independent study and research. The MSc is delivered in partnership with the Prince's Foundation for Building Community and is accredited within the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors University Partnership.
