Dear Democrats,
I bet Tanzania is undergoing a socio-political metamorphosis which nobody could ever predict - we all had hunches only! - that it would reach this far, even now!
One wonders whether this is a new era which will require that we revise our theories of constitutionalism, as well as our definitions of decrees! Or are we being introduced to a truly Afrocentric understanding of democracy? Or is it Afro-cracy? Or just ...... you name it!
Kuhn brought the theory of paradigm shifts in the social sciences! Are we Tanzanians incubating a paradigm shift in political science?
