India and Russia are negotiating on some more acquisitions and projects in the hydrocarbons sector. India's envoy PS Raghavan said Russia considers its huge oil and gas reserves as strategic resources and is allowing Indian firms "extensive exposure" to them in sync with close bilateral ties.

Eight killed as tornados strike Texas

Sudanese boy comes under truck, killed
A Sudanese student riding pillion on a speeding two-wheeler, was killed on the spot after coming under the wheels of a Canter, near Ramamurthy Nagar bus stop on Outer Ring Road on Saturday afternoon.
