Re: (VVM Forum) Re: [wanabidii] KTN News - Edith Kimani and Bonnie Tunya

Well-said Clement. JaGem should also identify his niche and write about it here so we can all share in his knowlegde. No one can be an expert on everything so we all have to share knowledge and individual expertise.

JaGem can tell us about different engines and which cars have the best performance. He can be a Critic in that area.

JaGem,

The beauty of this modern world that we live in is something called Freedom of Expression. And I'm commenting on the outfits, not the character of the people.

I get a feeling that you complain alot about Movie Critics too, and Fashion Critics. That's a business thura. They provide important services.

By the way, how do you like the outfits Edith Kimani and Bonny Tunya have on today? What would you change if it were upto you?

Mauice,

You amaze me at what length you can go in spending lots of time looking at how people dress. Very little seems to please you with these journalists. It is just amazing, but don't you think that these continuity announcers have fulfilled what the TV Station demands of them. In other words they are the outlook of the Station. When you are critical of them to that extend, you are in essence saying that the Station is not good enough. If that is so, don't you think that the station also have a right to portray their image the way they want as well as deliver their message in a particular manner? And by the way what happened to our Emotional Intelligence??

Look at how magnificent Edith Kimani now looks !!!!
You've gotta admit that we've come a long way.

That's the idea I have been drumming in them for the longest while. Her colour-coordination is just ideal and I couldn't have done it any better.

A combination of Red and Black is never wrong. There's a little-known secret about red dresses  but I will not reveal here it since this is a community forum and not a private one. It's a very delightful little fact. But Maurice J oduor does not want to cross the line.

Edith's necklace is so subtle that I didn't even notice it !!!  Talk about a clever way to fake minimalism !!!

Anyway, let me not dwell on Edith Kimani. She's superb today.

As for Bonnie Tunya !!!!!!   Woooooooooooooowe !!!!!!!

The man is sliding back to where we started. First of all, too many colours. I can count 4 colours right away (suit, shirt, tie and  the pocket piece). That gives a disorganized perception to the viewer.

Could he be from that community famous for multi-coloured outfits?

I have advised over and over that he move away from those one-button jackets but I guess he has a lot of them so he has to use them. That's his problem. I've done my part. Look at how that tie is hanging below the button !!! That's why I'm not a fan of those types of suits. If you recall a few days ago, I made a similar comment about Ali Manzu's one-button jackets. Those types of jackets have a dubious "skill" of highlighting "errant" weight around the stomach area.
Anyone remember Mbiyu Koinange? That's what I'm talking about.

And the tie, my God, the tie!!!! The tie should have been a prop and not as loud as that blue that he has on. The tie  on this outfit should have been very subtle. What happens now is that the tie is fighting the shirt for attention and no one is looking at Bonnie Tunya's face anymore.

Aye yawa wod Plista ny'Okebee, tii aol !!!!

The news !!!  The news !!!! I almost forgot.
1. The Bomachoge parliamentary and Bungoma senatorial by-elections
2. Vetting of senior police officers
3. Kenya@50 Exhibition
4. Some other boring stuff
