such diabolical ignorance on matters protocol???!!! Raila can only
"represent the republic of Kenya" on the do so of PRESIDENT Uhuru
Muigai Kenyatta! It is NEVER for the host to decide who represents a
sovereign country!!! If your surmise is correct, then Raila can only
go there as representing HIMSELF and, if necessary, HIS FAMILY!!!
