Concerned over slowing global demand and declining exports, finance minister Arun Jaitley on Friday underlined the need for creating an ecosystem to boost shipments to the markets overseas. He asked exporters to produce quality products at competitive prices.

Rupee plunges 23 paise to trade at 66.80 vs dollar
The rupee continued its slide against the US dollar in early trade on Friday and lost another 23 paise to trade at 66.80 at the Interbank Foreign Exchange on increased month-end demand for the American currency from importers.

Allahabad as car thieves' paradise: 1044 cases reported in 10 months
The city of Sangam has once again gained notoriety after registering highest (1044) cases of car thefts in Allahabad zone in past 10 months of this year.
