I've said It over and over again In this fora and I'm saying It  again.Please y'all listen to me very very carefully:Waiganjo Is part of the Informal police-"NGOROKO" launched In 2007 November to curry out illegal activities Including poaching,cattle rustling,minerals smuggling,drug trafficking,assassinations,dealing In arms from Iran(Recent UN report),rigging elections and many more.
The reason why kibaki has Illegally reinstated and reappointed Muhoro,Kaindi and Arachi(the three musketeers and part of the ngoroko team) despite their Integrity Issues,Is to specifically  rig the upcoming elections!Look at the timing my fellow citizens.This Is the main reason why he wanna talk to the PM and the VP.Shame on Kavulundi the police oversight chairman for claiming that the "Ngoroko" team was cleared by his commission for any wrong doing while It's obvious that these are a bunch of crooks!Waiganjo for president!he's a real cop...TOBOA TOBOA TOBOA na hiyo ni maendeleo.

Evans,

Can he be believed? If he has been masquerading for the last 6+ years, How can we be sure that this time round he is not doing the same. He is a good actor who have perfected his act and can fool anybody. He was and still is answerable to State House. He needs to come clear on that before people believe that he  wants to reveal anything. In any case will Raila condone such acts by Waiganjo. If so then I can also masquerade and defraud the Government of large sums of money, in form of salary if I know that Raila Odinga is there to protect me. By the way, is this what Raila does; protect fraudster?????!!!! It will be hard luck for him if he tries to do this. We are watching and March is just tomorrow.
