The Government is Assessing Innovation and Technology Transfer Policy Comprehensiveness. This is a pilot survey conducted in a collaboration with NEPAD and ECA - ECA. Would you to please fill this questionnaire by Tuesday. I know that it is a short notice, but this questionnaire looks at the understanding and thus should take no more than 20 minutes to complete. It will be of great help if I can get responses as soon as possible.

It is important to get as many responses as possible from your institution because it will help us to know where to improve in facilitating innovation in the country.
