The people involved in all this forget that the positions they hold and
the authority they exercise are creations of law. They can't afford to
play around with the rule of law for they can't exist and be what they
are without it.

But then again, this might in the end augur well for the country. After
all, it is only in and through the exercise of powers donated by the
Constitution that the document becomes alive, and it is through the
contestation of its authority that constitutionalism is entrenched.
