What can I say about this sweet kid? I tend to go very easy on her because of her excessive humility and professionalism.

And quite honestly, she's got me dumb-founded today. She's gone for the minimalist approach that I've always been preaching to her colleagues and editors.
The pinkish dress is superb, and everything else about her too. Pink and purple are very tricky colours to wear but as you can see, Mashirima pulls it off without a flaw. As a rule of thumb, you stay away from these 2 colours if there's a big contrast between the colour of your hair and that of your skin tone. Masirima clearly overcomes that and her face shows up to play.

I just want her now to work on that hair. She has now overused that hairstyle. She needs to either let that hair down or cut it shorter, or even risk weaves to see how that works out. That hairstyle is highlighting some "unflattering" facial features that should not ordinarily be a concern. That UPDO has to go. That's my only request of her.
I'm actually pleasantly shocked that she's got quite a bit of range. I want her to be taking more and more risks with that hair especially.
Wach mogik (final advice) ? Please, please, stay away from those eggs, nyama choma, nuts, pizza, burgers and beer. We don't want her to have the kind of nightmare structures that we've seen on some of her colleagues (that I won't name), that I'm told Kenyan men go ga-ga over !!!!
The only Kenyan man whose opinion she should take is one Maurice J Oduor, CPE etc.
Oh yeah; as for the news, nothing really new. We have something about Insecurity, KNUT Elections, Jubilee50 Preparations, History, Mandela, etc.
