Kwa zaidi ya maelfu ya miaka iliyopita, wana Yoga au Yogis wamekuwa wakifanya tafakari au Meditation kwenye mapango na milima kama moja ya njia kujitenga au epuka na kelele za jamii na kutafuta amani ya mawazo.
