Tuesday, December 29, 2015An independent review of the conditions attached to domestic worker visas, published in December 2015, has recommended that the right to change employer and apply for further leave to remain (but not permanent settlement) be reinstated for all migrant domestic workers in the UK. The Government has not yet published a detailed formal response to the report.
