1. Frank now I know you're talking from ignorance.
2. No Catholic is obliged to obey the pope or any church leader except in matters of faith (as revealed in the scriptures). This is what the church teaches and not what you are teaching. Don't judge things according to memory (what you remember about the church from folk tales), but according to reality (what's in practice).
3. You are lost in metaphors, which were used to respond to the challenges of the time and which have changed overtime as the faithful of God continue searching for God. 
4. If today you still quote the Council of Trend to represent the true teaching of the Church and not Vatican II documents, which acknowledge God's unfathomable love and salvation even outside the church, then you have a big problem.
5. What's said about handing on of" God's Word" is nothing else but God's intentionality as revealed in the scriptures. Mind you what we have we have received them from the successors of the first addresses of the Word. The apostles and their close followers were the first addressees. They heard by themselves what Jesus said and witnessed what he did. Then, came the successors those, who were taught by the first addressees and then came other people... to date. As you can see what we read in the scriptures did not come to us directly. It has reached us indirectly and this is exactly what is said in those expresses.
6. Even if you may not agree with the expresses that isn't evidence that the Catholic Church is not Christian. After all, you haven't given the definition of being Christian and whether that definition comes from God or a human being like you. What difference would you give to distinguish that you Frank being non-Catholic you are a true Christian and I, Telesphor, being Catholic, am not a Christian... and who am I?

"….Sacred TRADITION is the handing on of God's Word by the successors of the Apostles. Together, Tradition and Scripture form one sacred deposit of the Word of God, which is committed to the Church…" (Vatican II notes in "Handbook for Today's Catholic", Liguori)
Jesus said: "But in vain do they worship me, teaching as their doctrines the precepts of men. Ye leave the commandment of God, and hold fast the traditions of men. What I am talking about is a new "Gay Bible" that was published in December 2012. The very people who put this abomination together have dubbed it The Queen James Bible! The name they have given it is based on two things. First, the text of the bible is the King James Version as it existed in 1769 (why that date is never explained). Second, they argue that King James was a bisexual who had many gay lovers—hence the Queen James Version.
This perverted "bible" is not a new translation, nor is it even a new paraphrase. Again, it is the King James Version.
