To His Exellency, Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete.

He delivered one of the important speeches to the Nation yesterday evening. He showed wisdom in handling the Katiba issue, a most important and sensitive issue for our nation at the moment. He encouraged dialogue as a method of finding ways in solving our problems.

President Jakaya Kikwete is pragmatic, less of dogmatic, therefore, progressive leader.
I salute Him.
