[wanabidii] English Grammar

Today I want to try something different in our weekly column; I want to give you folks something to stretch your brains over. I'll use a very familiar scenario to make it easy for everyone to try this out. Here we go:

What's the difference between these 2 statements?

1. Warsama has denied that he's a tribalist, hateful character or sympathizer of terrorists.

2. Warsama has denied that he's not a tribalist, hateful character or sympathizer of terrorists.
