- Who are on the team has or is running the business?
- Does the company have good story to tell so far?
- How much is possible for the growth of the company's product at the market?
- Who are on the BoD and Advisory board?
- Is this a pre-IPO?
I understand the some of the informations asked can be found in the memorandum and articles of association of the company since I am a bit far from Dar kindly share with me if possible or else I can wait (though I will be wasting time) until I came and access it at your office.
