Job Description	Support Country Director in strategy operationalization with due emphasis on feasibility, sustainability, quality and financial viability Support Country Director in raising visibility and presenting programmes to donors, partners, governments, peers, and experts at all levels in Tanzania and support beneficial institutional linkages Lead writing and submission of quality funding proposals and bids, and their negotiation As a senior staff member, contribute to the management, motivation, facilitation and support of the personal development and performance. Ensure narrative and finance report meets the NGO standards and donor quality as well as other global operational requirements. Ensure quality monitoring and evaluation of a defined programme portfolio in coordination with Country Programme Leader/s, Country Director and Head Office M&E Manager Liaise between the Head Office and Tanzania team to ensure that team members are familiar with procedures and the compliant mechanism with agreed approaches Attend regular organisational meetings and contribute to the overall smooth operation Undertake other tasks and projects as requested by the Country Director
