I think you folks are misunderstand the whole thing simply because you hate Raila.
Uhuru can meet Raila at the airport; there's nothing untoward about that. In fact that is what Uhuru should do in order to show courtesy. After all, Raila is in Boston to represent Kenya and not himself. The honor was given to him as a past PM of Kenya.
At a personal level, my mom used to meet me at the JKIA or Kisumu Airport all the the time whenever I went for vacation. No one saw anything improper there.

Monday May 26, 2014 - Coalition for Reforms and
Democracy (CORD) leaders on Sunday urged President Uhuru
Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto, to close their
offices on Saturday and welcome former Prime Minister, Raila
Odinga, who is on a three month sabbatical tour of the US.
Speaking at a mammoth Rally in Ruaraka Grounds, Baba Dogo,
leader after leader urged Uhuru and Ruto to marshal their
supporters and welcome Raila because he is a Kenyan hero.
Raila, who is the CORD leader, has been on a three-month
study tour of the United States.
The Opposition has promised to give Raila a hero's welcome
befitting his status as an elder statesman when he returns.
Raila's homecoming party will be held at Kenya
International Conference Centre (KICC) and all Kenyans are
invited to attend.
Raila who is an enigma in Kenya politics returns from US on
Saturday.

Why do you like referring Raila as uncircumcised? What has
that got to do with your life whether he is or not? By the
