But some Jubilee stalwarts are saying the President did not talk to the DP about re deployment of Rugut and that the DP and Rugut had their own issues when now the DP asked Waiguru to re deploy him.

Re: Uhuru, Ruto warned of Rift Valley revolt





Folks in the Rift valley are tired of this arrogance and cowardice being shown by WSR. The ground in the RV has shifted drastically mainly coz this is seen as betrayal based on the pre-election promises. William Ruto is a poor student of history and he should have learnt from how Raila was treated by these Kikuyu folks. There is no trusting them for nothing! Unless somebody wants to tell me this was a personal business deal by WSR to get Ksh 7 billion so as to deliver the RV votes to Kamwana...the Kalenjin folk are livid as their people are fired via SMS and replaced by those with proper sounding names as in the NYS situation.

I have nothing personal against the Jubilee government but i think what Governor Isaac Ruto is sounding up has an element of truth. My advice to the President and his Deputy is that; they need to take heed of the warning and take action to remedy the situation before the great fall over that is looming. If they do not do this as a matter of urgency then a surprise sucker punch is in the offing. I will hate to see the cookies crumble as the saying goes.

Good afternoon Wams, 
I have been in church all morning to confess my sins of commission and omissions to all and especially my  dear friends in Cord. 
It was also an opportunity to present the two prayers by Mike Gichigo and Jagem during the intercessory session.
Mike's prayer was summed as a prayer  for peace whereas that of Jagem was dismissed outright as Idol worship. 
A prayer for peace in Kenya was done and we should expect results soon and the gesture of harmony from the DP is the beginning of testimonies to come.
Results from the other prayer can only come from the Idol being worshipped and can only be drafted in orange house.
Fast forward, the DP slammed the door on the  much anticipated break up in the house of Jubilee by agents of doom.
Their pay masters are back to the drawing board and we expect a renewed spirit of dissatisfaction from the keters once the holder of the master key to the vault room arrives this coming Saturday.

Yes, the DP summed it well for Kenyans.He tore into those behind Waigurus impeachment including the young Keter.Speaker after speaker were all on the same page.I laughed when the DP said he doesn't have a spoke person in RV.He is his own spoke person.Those calling press confs..on his behalf ''were laid to rest jana.''
Not a productive season for our customers.!

It's now emerging that Cabinet secretary Ann Waiguru was after all executing her duties within the confines of her docket and the deputy president was very much  in the picture as opposed to what has done rounds maliciously in some sections of the media and blog sphere  as underhand activities by agents of his coalition partner while he was in the Hague.

Saturday May 24, 2014 - Deputy President, William Ruto, has today cleared the air over the redeployment of former National Youth Service (NYS) Director, Kiplimo Rugut, saying him and President Uhuru Kenyatta consulted each other and made the move.

Speaking at a rally Kericho on Saturday afternoon, Ruto said him and Uhuru made the move as has been the norm of public service.

“Anyone who has a problem with that transfer should ask us, and not Waiguru,” Ruto said, adding “matters of transfers and promotions of civil servants are the prerogative of the Public Service Commission and the Presidency, but not Cabinet Secretaries.”

Ruto, who was speaking in Swahili, urged TNA and URP leaders to stop castigating Waiguru and instead question him and the President.

“Mnafuata mama mdogo (meaning Anne Waiguru) badala ya wanaume wazima wawili mimi na raisi" he said.

Waiguru has been under fire from a section of leaders, who accuse her of transferring Rugut without following due process, as required by law.

“Such transfers are normal in the civil service, there is nothing peculiar with this particular one,” Ruto said.

He even said even the Kalenjin have taken the lion’s share in state appointments and they should not complain.
