It seems that Uhuru has summoned the parliament and the senate to gain their support to ensure that he does not show up at the ICC. As usual we expect to get the required support and refuse to appear and move to the same camp of El Bashir of Sudan. This is my guess but let us wait and see. If he takes that decision he will further prove to the whole Kenya that he is a liar because while campaigning for the Presidency he promised that ICC will be his personal obligation and he will be able to attend and not look for an opportunity of using his office as an excuse not to attend.

Judgment in the application that President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya be excused from attending proceedings relating to charges brought against him arising out of violence following the 2007 elections. The court said that Kenyatta was obliged to attend "all required hearings", that a "status conference" on October 8 came at a "critical juncture" in proceedings and that "the requirements of justice in this case necessitate the physical presence of the accused at the court."
