Markets reeled for the second day as the Sensex today logged a fall of 64 points to end at 30,302, with no let-up in selling by foreign investors amid profit- booking at higher levels amid mixed global cues.

According to an RBI statement, the exchange rates for the pound and the yen against the rupee were 84.0957 and 57.96 per 100 yens, respectively, based on reference rates for the dollar and cross-currency quotes at noon.
