[wanabidii] Re: [KOL] Re: [uchunguzionline] Re: UHURU –RUTO TICKET TOO RISKY FOR KENYA:

Omoigwa David Ochwangi,

This is an excellent article you have penned except you have sullied it with the following assertions:

"[we need] an economist to continue the economic genius of president Mwai Kibaki, a steady hand that doesn't feed into the paranoia that is crippling free speech."

Kibaki may have been an economic genius in his heyday but even he will tell you that's not been the case at least in his last term of office where you can't point to a single economic policy he has initiated, let alone implemented during that time.

Kibaki has actually been totally absent when it comes to matters development focusing more on KSG politics than anything else and to say we need someone to continue that aloofness is the reason I say you have sullied your excellent piece with such an assertion.

"I want to see a distinction between Uhuru's politics in 2012 and Raila Odinga's politics of 2002 and 2007 and not a regurgitation of the same political formula that ransomed the country and held all of us hostage; I do not want to see the next president beholden to MOUs or special interests."

Raila's politics of 2002 was singly the most responsible in defeating Moi and his project Uhuru while propelling Kibaki to the presidency; his politics of 2007 resulted in him being reelected but not sworn thanks to Kibaki and the country would already be in Canaan had that not been the case and neither shall we be dealing with the ICC stain we must as we are.

By contrast- their [Kalenjins] support for Raila Odinga in 2007 didn't turn out so great. They got Jail, deaths, mass evictions, the ICC- I mean facts speak for themselves..."

False.

Having said that, unless Ruto wises up and joins the winning team of Raila, let him join UK and the duo can ride together to their destined fate which is obviously not State House.

I obviously wish they make the fetal mistake of vying together as president and deputy president of our beloved country.

In the end, they'll know why most of us say this is our beloved country.

That expression stands for something and I can give it you that you too believe in what that is as yours truly and many others do and among those who do, all but a few will determine the future of our country come March 4, 2013.

Peace, Unity and Truth
