Mafunzo yanaratibiwa na ubalozi wa Uingereza  na yatafunguliwa  saa 3 asubuhi na Balozi wa uingereza Nchini.
Karibuni Tuwe sote katika mafunzo haya  ya kujenga uwezo ktk mashauri ya rushwa na udanganyifu
