Hii habari ya hizi NGO's kufungiwa ni habari nzito na kustua si kwa waathirika tu wa hayo mashirika,  hata kwa wale ambao wanafanya kazi za advocacy either in sexually and reproductive health rights, education ,  human rights, health e.t.c

Nadhani kuna haja yakutumia strategy ya SIKIKA kusajili NGO's as company not for profit maana ukiwapinga imekula kwako.

Kuelekea 2015 mengi yatakuja........Nakumbuka matangazo ya haki elimu na mikwara yaliyoipata.....

Taarifa inatolewa kwa umma kuwa NGOs zilizoorodheshwa chini zimefutiwa usajili kuanzia tarehe ya tangazo hili kutokana na kukiuka matakwa ya kisheria katika utendaji kazi. Kwa tangazo hili, uhalali wa kufanya kazi kwa mashirika haya umekoma na kuendelea kufanya kazi baada ya kufutiwa usajili ni kosa la jinai. Notice is hereby issued to the general public that the list of NGOs as hereby mentioned have been deregistered with effect from the date of this Notice due to contravening the requirements of the NGOs Act, N0. 24, 2002 (as amended) in their operations. By this notice, operations of the mentioned NGOs is hereby ended and any operations subsequent to this notice shall be void and actions shall be taken accordingly. Office bearers of the said organizations are hereby ordered to submit to the Registrar Certificates of Registration of respective Organizations within thirty days from the date of this Notice. This list involves only International NGOs, the List of Local NGOs is being analyzed and it will be issued soon.
