Kama waliwatuma kwenda kubariki au kuwa sehemu ya msimamo wa CCM warudi bungeni, lakini kama walitumwa waende kutetea maslahi yao na ya Watanzania wote lazima wahahikikishiwe kwamba wakirudi bungeni watajadili muundo wa serikali tatu za shirikisho na kwenye tunu za taifa kusiondolewe uwazi, uadilifu na uwajibikaji kama CCM wanavyotaka.
3. Bunge Maalum la Katiba halina mamlaka ya kufumua rasimu na kuweka maoni mapya. Wana mamlaka tu ya kuboresha au kurekebisha maoni yaliyomo kwenye rasimu ili itekelezeke na hiki ndicho wananchi wote wanataka na ndicho pia Ukawa wanachodai kifanyike kwenye Bunge Maalum la Katiba.
4. Au nikuulize hivi: Tume ya Mabadiliko ya Katiba iliyokusanya maoni inapendekeza muundo wa serikali 3 za shirikisho. Je, hizo serikali 2 zinazotetewa na CCM na washirika wao ni kwa mujibu wa Tume ipi au utafiti upi?
