Hivyo isiwe siri kujua ni sababu gani mwanamke katoa mimba iwapo vyombo vya kisheria vitahitaji kujua sababu ya kutoa mimba hiyo ) (2) mimba hiyo imesababishwa na ubakaji wa nguvu ambao utakuwa umethibitishwa kisheria. Iwapo mama alikuwa raped/kabakwa kwa nguvu na suala hilo likawa limeshughulikwa mapima, itakuwa kuna ukweli, vinginevyo utakuwa ni utatanishi tu.--
Kwa kifupi, kutoa mimba sio kitendo kizuri, lakini panapokuwa na sababu muhimu kama nilizozitaja hapo juu basi wanawake waruhusiwe.
