If loan repayment is such a burning issue why don't they let the graduates go to work abroad so that they can repay the loans? After all, there is no such objection in the contracts signed between the student and HESLB. There is absolutely no article in the contract which states that any student offered the loans will not be allowed to leave the country (under no circumstances) until s/he had cleared repaying the loan. Now, how come this b***h plans to deny Tanzanians the right to acquire visas?
