I remember in 2009, I was discussing the South Sudan issue with Othieno Sungu. Sungu was working there at the time. He indicated that he would leave that country the moment they got their independence. His analysis was that once these people gained their independence, it would not be long before they started slaughtering each other.
Well,it took them 2 yrs from independence to the scenes that we're seeing now !!!
I suppose AU leaders are not bothered by this. They will only spring into action if Salva Kiir and/or Museveni are dragged to the Hague !!! They will be vigorously condemning the Imperialist West and ICC !!!!! Just wait and see.
