I have been hearing stories of how Tanzanian borthers are slow at executing simple and ordinary work that sometimes does not take much thinking till I came face to face with it.
Something I have been chasing with hem from January to date.

How do they run heir customer service anyway.
What happens when it becomes clearly irritating that someone is just keeping culture for the sake of it even when it has no meaning in modern society.
If we appreciate technology and the speed and efficiency it comes with, then why stick to our old ways of doing things seriously?
Brothers the world does not run backwards but moves forward everyday and no matter how we want to say this hiow we do things, we just remain behind as everything rolls in our face.
Today we have Facebbook, twitter,Whatsapp and all related technology hat makes things move.
At one point I had to write mail and copy Nairobi which is the regional head office to make just someone move a letter from one office to the other.
Brothers this is pure rubbish and has nothing to being mngwana at all.
