msipopoe macho huyo bwana kunyanyara kwa sababu kila msafara wa mamba kengo nao wamo. kwa hiyo katika safari na harakati za kudai haki ya kupata na kupasha habari ambayo imehakikishwa kwa watanzania na katiba ya jamhuri ya muungano wa tanzania mamba wamo akiwamo kunyanyara. msipagawe kukuta mtu anapinga lisilotarajiwa kupingika.
kunyanyara anashangaa na kudai eti zito anatoa povu kwa sababu tu kasema kuwa atatangaza mishahara ya wakubwa! kwani kuna ubaya gani kutangaza mishahara ya wakubwa? kwani mwajiri wa hao wakubwa ni nani? leo hii mwajiri wa mtu kutangaziwa mshahara wa mtumishi wake kunyanyara anaona nongwa? hili ni tatizo la kila mtu kutoa maoni hata juu ya somo ambalo ni geni kwake. kwani lazima tutoe maoni hata kuhusu jambo tusilolijua?
kuhusu sheria ya magazeti ya mwaka 1976 nambari 3 sina la kuongeza, mdogo wangu jesse kamaliza yote? bravo jesse, tuko pamoja. lakini usishangae watu kupinga sheria hiyo kuondolewa kwenye statute books, hii ni kwa sababu wananufaika nayo kwa njia moja au nyingine. muulize kunyanyara kwa nini vifungu vingine vya sheria hiyo havitekelezwi huku havijafutwa? mfano kifungu kinachoruhusu polisi mwenye cheo cha inspekta kwenda juu kukagua magazeti nyumba hadi nyumba kuhakikisha yamechapwa kwenye mitambo halali au vifungu vya sheria hiyo vinavyotaka magazeti na vitabu vyote kutoka nje vihakikiwe; au vifungu vya sheria hiyo vinavyotaka kuwekwa bond kila gazeti linalochapishwa nchini au vifungu vinavyotaka polisi kuingia na kunyofoa vipuri vya mtambo ambao kwa mawazo ya polisi hao unatumika au wanadhani utatumika kuchapa gazeti lisilotakiwa! hii si sheria ni zimwi. nchi yetu tanganyika haitaruhusu sheria hii kufanya kazi.

Niongeze ufafanuzi kidogo tu, vyombo vya habari haviwezi kuchangia maendeleo effectively kama vinaendesha shughuli zake kwa kutumia sera na sharia za miaka 40 iliyopita. Kama nchi, TUNAJIDANGANYA, basi. Na maumivu ni lukuki leo na kesho hadi sisi wananchi wote tutakapopata ujasiri wa kutosha na kusimama kusema sharia hizi za KIKOLONI basi, tunataka uhuru wetu.

ufahamu na hayo asemayo. Laiti midomo ingelikuwa inalipiwa kodi kwa kila

-Kama hajui hayo aseme kama sheria ya Magazeti namba 3 ya mwaka 1976 siyo
kandamizi; aseme kama serikali haijawa mlalamikaji na hakimu kwa wakati
mmoja; aseme kama utawala wa sheria unaruhusu mtu kuhukumu kesi yake
mwenyewe; lakini mwisho ajiulize nchi hii ni mali ya serikali au mali ya
Watanzania? Nani mwenye uamuzi wa kupora haki ya Watanzania? Siyo serikali,
siyo Bunge, siyo mahakama, haki ni haki. Kufungia magazeti tena kiimla kama
ambavyo serikali imekuwa ikifanya miaka yote ni kuendeleza utendaji wa
kiimla.
-Mwisho ezekiel kunyaranyara ujue kuwa hakuna marefu yasiyo na mwisho, ni
bora kujiandaa kwa mwisho mzuri/mwema kuliko mbaya. Walikuwako watu hodari
na shupavu, lakini leo wako wapi. Tenda wema nenda zako; sikia ushauri mzuri
ili kuishi maisha ya amani kesho.
- serikali inayojiweka kwenye mgogoro kila uchao ina walakini, kuna shida

naye baada ya kitambo tu naye akapitia tanuru hilo hilo. Ni wakati tu.

MAHAKAMA ya Hakimu Mkazi Kisutu, Dar es Salaam imemhukumu kwenda jela miezi sita au kulipa faini ya sh 1,000, raia wa Kenya, Joshua Mulundi, ambaye alikuwa akikabiliwa na kosa la kutoa taarifa za uongo.

Mulundi alidaiwa kutoa taarifa za uongo kwa ofisa wa polisi katika Kituo cha Polisi Oystebay jijini Dar es Salaam, kwamba yeye na wenzake walikodiwa kwenda kumteka na kumjeruhi Mwenyekiti wa Jumuiya ya Madaktari nchini, Dk. Steven Ulimboka.

Hukumu hiyo ilitolewa jana na Hakimu Mkazi, Alocye Katemana, akisema kuwa kesi hiyo ilikuja jana kwa ajili ya upande wa Jamhuri kumsomea maelezo ya awali mshitakiwa huyo.

Wakili Mwandamizi wa Serikali, Tumaini Kweka, alimsomea maelezo ya awali mshitakiwa na baada ya kumaliza, mshitakiwa huyo alikiri kutenda kosa hilo kinyume cha kifungu cha 122 cha Sheria ya Kanuni ya Adhabu ya mwaka 2002.

Kabla ya Hakimu Katemana kutoa adhabu yake aliutaka upande wa Jamhuri uzungumze lolote kama wanalo, ambapo Wakili Kweka alidai kuwa anaiomba mahakama itoe adhabu inayostahili.

Alidai kuwa alikwenda hadi katika Kanisa la Ufufuo na Uzima lililopo Kawe, Tanganyika Parkers na kumkuta Mchungaji Joseph Kiliba ambaye yule mtekaji alimwagiza amfikishie taarifa hizo.

Mulundi aliongeza kuwa alimpelekea taarifa zile mchungaji kama alivyoelekezwa lakini baada ya hapo alijikuta anakamatwa na kupelekwa Kituo cha Polisi Oystebay, ambako alirudia taarifa ile na kisha kufunguliwa mashitaka.

Lakini sekunde chache baadaye askari polisi walimkamata Mulundi, wakidai ni raia wa Kenya, hivyo wanamshikilia ili waweze kuandaa taratibu za kumrejesha nchini kwao.

Agosti 6, mwaka huu, Mkurugenzi wa Mashitaka nchini (DPP), alimfutia Mulundi kesi ya kujaribu kumuua na kumteka Dk. Ulimboka.

[wanabidii] Al Shaabab Na Chimbuko la Ugaidi ( II)

Tumeshajadili maana ya ugaidi na aina za ugaidi kwa kuzitolea

mifano. Hapa tutajadili juu ya chimbuko la ugaidi na kwa kutoa mifano. Na kama nilivyobainisha huko nyuma, tutaanza pia kuona mahusiano ya mwezi Septemba na vitendo vya kigaidi.

Wa- Salote

Kwa zaidi ya miaka 2000 iliyopita kikundi cha Wayahudi kilipambana vikali
dhidi ya himaya ya Waroma katika iliyokuwa Palestina ya zamani. Kikundi
hiki kiliitwa Salote. Ni wenye hasira kali ikiwa na maana pia kuwa kilikuwa ni
kikundi cha kisiasa na kidini chenye imani kali. Kikundi hiki kilitaka
Wayahudi wote wazingatie yote kulingana na maagizo ya dini yao.

Wasalote walipambana kisiasa dhidi ya dola ya wavamizi ya Waroma.
Wasalote waliongozwa na Myahudi Galileo, ambaye amri yake ya kuwataka
wafuasi wake kugoma kulipa kodi ndio ilikuwa chachu ya kuanzisha mapambano
ya kigaidi dhidi ya wavamizi wa Kiroma. Jambo hili linashuhudiwa pia katika
maandiko matakatifu ya Biblia juu ya kodi katika Agano Jipya.

Hatma ya Wayahudi haikujulikana , lakini, kiongozi mpya alijitokeza
na kuwaahidi Wayahudi ukombozi kutoka kwenye mikono ya wavamizi. Hatimaye,
baada ya machafuko yaliyodumu kwa miaka sabini, Wasolote waliangamizwa
baada ya Jerusalem kutekwa na hekalu kuangamizwa. Wasalote walirudi nyuma
hadi kwenye vilima vya Masada.

Baada ya kushindwa huko kwa Wasalote, Wasalote wapatao elfu moja
walijiua kwa pamoja. Wasalote waliwaua kwanza wanawake , watoto na wazee,
baadae wanaume nao walijiua kabla ya Waroma hawajavitwaa vilima hivyo.
Inasadikiwa tukio hili lilitokea mwaka 73 baada ya Yesu Kristo.

Wa-Assassine

Miaka elfu moja baadae lilijitokeza kundi jingine la kigaidi, hawa waliitwa
Assassine. Hawa walikuwa wafuasi wa dhehebu la dini ya Kiisamu lililokuwa
na makao yake makuu katika Iran ya leo. Kutoka huko Iran walimtuma kiongozi
wao aliyeitwa Hassan Ibn Sabah, aende katika Mashariki ya Kati yote. Huko
akafanye mauaji ya kulipwa.

Wafuasi wa dhehebu hili walifahamika pia kwa kuvuta bangi kabla
hawajafanya tendo la kigaidi kwa jina la Allah. Hapa tunaona neno
"Assassin" kwa Kiingereza na hata kwa Kifaransa, lina maana ya "kuua."
"Assasination" kwa Kiingereza, na kwa lugha ya kiarabu linamaanisha "
Mla-bangi". Wa-assassin walikuwa ni Waislamu wa madhehebu ya Shia. Vitendo
vyao vya kigaidi viliwalenga zaidi Wasuni waliochukua sehemu kubwa ya
Persia.

Kunako mwaka 1200 vitendo vya kigaidi vya Wa-assasasine vilikoma
baada ya mjuukuu wa Djingis Khan kuangamiza ngome na makao makuu ya
Wa-assassine.

Utawala wa hofu 1773-94

Kwa kawaida Mapinduzi ya Ufaransa uangaliwa kwa kutazama tarehe ile
Wafaransa walipovuka mstari wa Basti. Ni tarehe 14 Julai 1789. Kuna historia
yenye kuelezea tukio lile la kuvamia na kuvuka mstari ule. Kiuchumi taifa la
Ufaransa lilikuwa katika wakati mgumu baada ya kushiriki vita kadhaa vyenye
gharama nyingi na pia hali ya ufalme wa nchi kutokulipa kodi ikiwemo kufanya
anasa ya kupindukia. Hali ya uchumi mbaya na mlipuko wa bei za bidhaa baada
ya vita vya gharama nyingi ndio iliyopelekea wananchi kuanzisha mapinduzi
yale.

Mfalme alikamatwa na kufungwa gerezani baada ya jaribio lake la
kutoroka nchi kushindwa. Kati ya mwaka 1792 na Julai 1774 Ufaransa ilikuwa
chini ya himaya ya Maximilien Robespierre. Ulikuwa ni utawala dhalimu na
uliosambaza hofu kuu kwa watu wake, " La Grande terreur" kwa lugha ya
Kifaransa. Lengo hasa la kusambaza hofu ile ilikuwa kuhakikisha madaraka ya
Serikali ile ya kimapinduzi yanabaki chini ya walioshika himaya ya dola.

Kilikuwa ni kipindi ambacho watu walikuwa na hofu hata ya kunong'ona
kuishutumu serikali. Watoa habari walikuwepo kila kona na hata ndani ya
familia. Inasadikiwa, kuwa Wafaransa takribani 40 000 walinyongwa bila hata
kufikishwa mahakamani. Kosa kubwa wakati huo ambalo mtu alihukumiwa
kunyongwa ni vitendo vyenye mwelekeo wa kupinga mapinduzi.

Magaidi wa Kiyahudi

Mwanzoni mwa miaka ya 1900, Mazayuni wa Kiyaudi walianzisha ujenzi wa
makazi ya Wayahaudi katika iliyokuwa Palestina ya zamani. Ni Palestina
iliyokuwa chini ya himaya ya Ottoman. Baada ya Vita Kuu ya Kwanza, Palestina
ilikuwa chini ya udhamini wa Waingereza.

Baada ya kampeni ya vikundi vya kishawishi vya Wayahudi , Serikali ya
Uingereza ilitangaza kuwepo kwa taifa la Kiyahudi. Lakini, Serikali ya Uingereza ilionesha pia kutopendelea mradi ule wa ujenzi wa makazi ya Wayahudi.

Hali ile ilipelekea kuanzishwa kwa vikundi kadhaa vya kigaidi vya Wayahudi vilivyopambana na Waingereza. Wakati wa Vita Kuu ya pili ya dunia , vingi ya vikundi hivi vilisimamisha harakati zao za kigaidi.

Baada ya Vita Kuu ya pili ya Dunia , vikundi hivyo vilianzisha tena
mashambulizi ya kigaidi kutetea kuwapo kwa taifa la Wayahudi . Moja ya
shambulizi la kigaidi la Wayahudi ni dhidi ya Hoteli ya Waingereza
iliyojulikana kama King David Hotel katika mji wa Jerusalem. Jengo la hoteli
liliangamizwa na watu 89 waliuawa.

Baada ya Vita Kuu ya Pili ya Dunia wahamiaji wengi zaidi wa Kiyahudi
waliendelea kuingia katika Palestina iliyokuwa katika udhamini wa
Waingereza. Lengo la kisiasa la Wayahudi la kuanzishwa kwa taifa la Uyahudi
lilipelekea kuanzishwa kwa vikundi zaidi vya kigaidi vyenye mitazamo ya
kitaifa. Viwili kati ya vikundi hivyo ni Irgun na Stern. Vikundi ambavyo vilitumia
mbinu za kigaidi katika kuendesha harakati zao. Miongoni mwa mbinu hizo ni
matumizi ya mabomu ya barua.

Tangu mwezi Septemba 1947 hadi kutangazwa kwa taifa la Israel ,
mwezi Mei 1948, vikundi vya Irgun na Stern vilijulikana sana kwa matumizi
yake ya mabomu ya barua.

Kabla na hata baada ya kutangazwa kwa taifa la Israel, vikundi vya Irgun na
Stern, na baadae taifa la Israel, vimekuwa vikiendesha mashambulizi ya
kijeshi dhidi ya Wapalestina. Vitendo hivi viangaliwe kama matendo ya
kigaidi dhidi ya watu wa Palestina , ambapo, lengo kuu ni kuwafukuza wale
wote wasio –Wayahudi.

Katika kufankisha malengo haya, Israel imeendesha mashambulizi mengi
ya kigaidi katika vijiji na maeneo ya Waarabu. Takribani watu laki saba
walikimbia makazi yao katika vita vya awali kati ya Waarabu na Waisrael.
Watu hawa hawakuruhusiwa kurudi makwao. Hii ndio sababu Wapalestina wengi
wanaishi kwenye makambi ya wakimbizi ndani ya ardhi yao na hata katika nchi
jirani kama vile Lebanon. Itaendelea...
