Kama nimemuelewa Mwenyekiti wa NEC sawa sawa hakuna tatizo la upigaji kura za Raisi na Wabunge wa Jamhuri ambao ni pamoja na wabunge kutoka Zanzibar na Pemba.  Ina maana uchaguzi kwa maono ya NEC umekuwa kwa upande wa Rais wa muungano na wabunge haukuwa na kasoro.  Kama kweli mmojawapo wa kasoro za kusitisha uchaguzi uliosimamiwa na ZEC ni kuwa kulikuwa na watu waliopiga kura wengi zaidi ya waliojiandikisha kwa upande wa Pemba inanipa tatizo kulielewa.

Labda tutapata taarifa za nyongeza baadae kuhusu utata huu
