This boy is still very Bwana mdogo. Yes He can peperusha the bendera. Indeed he can even be elected President. I quite agree he can perform even better than almost all candidates in CCM but still to make Mwigulu a better president give hime some 5 to 10 years of experience at ministerial level.
The country will then enjoye and remember the Sokoine and Nyerere days. NOT NOW (2015-2020) NO. Tanzania now need someone like Slaa or Lipumba

Mwanzoni waliona ni kama jambo la
