I will now question like Mauricealways do, why do you bring the name of
Raila in this open, honest and fair debate??? Dont you think it will be
fair to all to debate and engage this crucial matter about to consume
Kenya without adjective in the name of Raila? We can only agree to
resolve the situation of Kenya if we provide a conducive environment
are fair to all people speaking in one voice for way forward. Can we???

As long as Raila and ODM is
not in Power, Ohuru will sure kill Devolution. SIt Slowly
and watch. He is determined to do it. And as long as some
people keep bashing Raila here in the forums, Kamwana will

President Uhuru swore and took oath of office to protect and
observe the Rule of Law as commanded in the Constitution.
 Constitution cannot change without the will of the people.
 The Government belongs to the people and the Rule of
Governance must conform to the people's wishes and
demands.  The Government is for the People, of the People
and is made by the people.  Therefore, public leaders must
not take the law in their own hands.








Appointment of Commissioners to overshadow people's
representatives is unacceptable.  Governors are the bosses
appointed by the people to manage the Counties of every
region administratively.  The President is however, making
a grave mistake to appoint Commissioners over Governors, it
is wrong.








This behavior of the President calls for people to unite in
one voice and stand up to protect the Constitution and
demonstrate strongly to reject the President appointees as
it is unconstitutional and is against the principle mandate
of the oath the President swore to uphold.








People must unite to take the President to task, that he
must keep his words on the promises he made to the people,
and that, he cannot serve two masters without being fair to
all.  All people must be treated equal, be it the business
community or the public in general.  This is why there is
political leadership appointment by the people.








The business community too must understand that, while they
have their interests, the people too have their interests
based on human rights to live a meaningful, responsible,
dignified and valued......which is why, there is
one-man-one-vote, a requirement that put political leaders
in the public office.  Consequently, People must scrutinize
likelihood of business interest  sponsorship that are
likely to corrupt politicians engaged in public office, and
be concerned why some business community are jointly taking
away and are controlling African Government that is of the
people to serve their selfish interest and not those of the
people.  It is how CAPITALISTS WERE FORMED …… It is why
the trust is being compromised instead........See what is
happening in Syria today......it is the making of the same
greedy white supremacy......now after they sparked and
destroyed Middle East, they are running to do the same in
Africa.........Africa must stand up to


 protect itself against the hooliganism and wickedness of
these greedy white African haters.

Life must be of meaning to all without discrimination.
 Africans must be treated with respect and dignity it
deserves and this can only happen if Africans stand-up to
protect their rights and interests..........What is
happening in Congo, Chad and South Sudan is totally
unacceptable and


people must wake up.  Know your enemies, unite and speak
up.......







Before things go wrong and are too late, people must be
careful to avoid repeat of political frenzy of Middle East
conflicts. Most people do not pay attention to politics and
history until bad events intrude rudely on their everyday
lives.  This is as a result of being careless about
security to observe going on that affect peace and destiny
those that negatively affect and destroy livelihood.
 Conflicts are bad incidents that constantly consume our
people.  Considering huge number of those Africans killed
daily through fake and irregular deals made by our own black
leaders we entrust with our lives; who instead sell blood of
their people to rich white African haters, and make deals to
deny African public a responsible and descent living, should
be rejected in totality by the people.   These leaders are
of no good as they invite interferences that bring
disharmony to their own people and they cannot be held in
trust to offer good governance or provide


 functionability of a government system to serve the people
according to peoples mandate and demands.







Unfortunately, those White Rich business millionaires who
hate Africans, strategically plan to commit wickedness of
exterminate Africans through sponsoring militia terrorists
amongst Africans after making the government dysfunctional
and instead have their foreign NGOs Agents to facilitate,
supervise and organize Business and Trade, Clearing and
Forwarding of Africa's wealth and Resources while
terrorism is killing, destroying and consuming Africa for
their greed.


If these are who the President works for, he must be told in
no uncertain terms that this will not work Kenyan people.
 The Chinese interest in Africa is also taking a changing
tune where, recently, their leaders paid a visit to Africa
and made fresh negotiations.  This seems to be another
reason why President Uhuru is acting the way he is doing
now, where, he is putting pressure  against the peoples
interest by appointing commissioners over Governors.  This
calls for dispute, because it will not work well with the
people and so, it is unacceptable………








People must not allow foreign or local business interest to
supersede those of the people's interest.  The scramble
to Africa by the greedy rich white supremacy is already
taking tall in the continent of Africa.  This means that,
these greedy and selfish business interests had
strategically planned to take Africa by storm where, they
had placed their dice through sponsoring the Mungikis, the
Boko Harams, the Al-Qaeda and the Al-shabaab through Moi,
Museveni and Kagame to terrorize Africa to serve their
interests; and are ready to pounce on the available
opportunity of conflict, where they will pounce and take
over peoples governance to either re-colonize Africa,
enslave and control public wealth and resources for
themselves. ……. This is CAPITALISM AT ITS BEST.    You
see it coming, will you sit and watch to be
consumed???............Now that you know, what will you do
about it???








People must send strong words of complaint and demonstrate
peacefully against obstructing democracy to take effect for
people's interest, that the government must provide a
balance through involving professionals to plan how things
must be done according to laid down principles and
standardization; that everybody must have opportunity to
share fairly in economic gains so life can be of meaning
again.








Peace and Unity for common good of all does not come by
suppressing, intimidating, oppressing and manipulating
people.  History of the past provides focus to look at
things differently and engage to counter effect the looming
damage of greed by the African haters.








Africans must act right to bring harmony and happiness to
the world.  YOU CAN DO IT PEOPLE, AND THE TIME IS
NOW………………….......Tell African Leaders, if they
behave RIGHT and honor their oath of office for the people,
you will work fairly well, peacefully and in harmony with
them.  Let them know that, you already know their plan to
fail Africans and rob them of their wealth and resouces and
that, they have failed their TRUST and this is unacceptable.
Do not beat about the bush, tell it like it is.........Tell
them to begin to shape-up or they ship-out............

 We

 are extremely disappointed, disgusted, dismayed and

 disturbed by the move of the President Uhuru Kenyatta to

 award county commissioners more powers. We feel persuaded

 that this is but a beginning of a grand scheme to
dismember

 and decimate the nascent devolution even before it
flowers

 so that Kenyans can reap the much anticipated

 benefits of a devolved governance—something that came

 at a heavy price paid by gallant Kenyans led by former PM

 Raila Odinga among others in a clamor for the new

 constitution.





 Even though the president was lackadaisical to support
the

 new constitution in the 2010 referendum; by virtue of
being

 sworn in as a head of state he assumed office under the
new

 constitution, swearing per the oath to protect the same

 thereof. Let him be a man whose heart trusts his mouth
and

 not the grand prevaricator whose goal post shifts only
when

 his interest align, equally let him read Chapter 7
Article

 174 of the constitution 'Objects of Devolution'

 to acquaint himself with its good. This is a bad
precedent

 that will toss back the country into the last century
where

 the president was more of an emperor, Hammurabi the law

 giver of sorts





 One wonders; why then would Jubilee want to ship Kenya
back

 to the dark ages in Egypt? Why are they scared of Canaan?

 Why they are hell-bent to vanquish governors? Or they
miss

 those days when president held both knife and pumpkin and

 development was subject to his whims such that arrears
his

 cronies come from would be rewarded, and areas opposition

 come from would be punished, irrespective of the fact
that

 both pay tax.



 Somebody remind the president that the county
commissioners

 are but transitory and only put in place as existing
systems

 to help implant and support newly devolved system.



 Ushering the question, is this classical case of impunity

 being a calling? Or its allure is too hard to resist for
the

 Jubilee duo who going by the latest developments have

 auctioned their conscience and patriotism for mother
Kenya.





 From wanton wastrel by state officers, untamed

 tender-prenuership, ethnicization of appointments,

 godfatherim, cronyism, Okaying of the Anglo-Leasing
payments

 by the President among other evils and now this—we can

 only weep for mother Kenya. 





 It is beyond reasonable doubt, that a leopard can never

 change its spots, to rephrase the words of novelist
George

 Orwell in the animal farm 'The creatures outside is

 beginning to look from pig to man, and from man to pig,
and

 from pig to man again; but already it is becoming too

 difficult to tell the difference'. Jubilee is on a

 supersonic backward race; ironically they consider

 themselves digital—call it a government of paradoxes

 and knights of impunity fighting back with stealth.





 We condemn it fully and warn Jubilee in the strongest
terms

 possible to stop defiling the constitution; stop razing

 devolution for history will judge them harshly, Governors

 are not and will never be altar boys.
