wakati  mwingine hii huwa inatokana na  virus infection.

Hivyo   kuficha  files  na  vitu vya desktop  kwa kuona na virus. hivyo unatakiwa  ku unhide.

click start  na  utafuta my  document.  click pale organize kama unatumia window 7.  nenda sehemu inayosema  folder  and search option.  itakupa  several options

click sehemu ya  view   na utafute sehemu  ya  files  and  folder.  utaona  option mbili   dont  view  na view all folder.

Chagua hiyo ya view  all hidden folder  na  kuna button ya chini yake  inasema  hide zipo  kama tatu hizi  uncheck.

Kama hautaona hizo files  inawezekana  umedisable icon za desktop bila kujua.

Jana laptop yangu ilifuta kila kitu nilichokuwa nimesave kwenye desktop ikabakiza program tu

hata kama nikisave folder au picha au chochote nikiizima na kuiwasha kile nilichosave kinapotea na sikioni tena

Naomba mwenye kujua ni tatizo gani na dawa yake nini anisaidie maana nimechanganyikiwe, file zangu na vitu vya muhimu sivioni na hata nikisearch haziji wala kuonekana,

Tafadhali kama unajua solution ya hili tatizo nisaidie
