Re: [wanabidii] Re: [PK] Re: Why Kenya Is Determined To Stop ICC Cases

Sawa Eric Mburi but why  du U invest your brain and thinking capacities kwa hawa wanaohukumu????? Jengeni Kenya yenyu na kama yupo mwenye alikosea ,just forgive him or her as Jesus Christ alivyosamehe wenye waliomtendea uovu, then move forward kama yeye (Yesu) alivyoanguka, akasimama na kuendelea na safari ya ukombozi. Mtapambana huku hata Shilingi yenu ikishuka value lakini mnazungumzia tu Netherland. Why????

Samuel N Omwenga,
My beef with you has ALWAYS been about
FACTS and how you use or misuse them!

                            I've known Ambassador Amina Mohamed,
PERSONALLY, ever since she was a junior legal officer at the Kenya
Ministry of Foreign Affairs! In that period, i happened to have been
part of the same Kenya delegation, with Amb Amina Mohammed, to a
UN-related conference in Nice, France. During the same period, i also
worked fairly closely with the same Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Amb
James Simani) when i developed and defended a Kenyan Cabinet paper
before the "UN sub-Committee on Peaceful Uses of Outer Space"!

Now, i do not wish to categorically deny
it, tell me EXACTLY WHEN Amb Amina Mohammed "worked at the UN Security
Council as a legal advisor"???!!! Also, since you are so much on this
ICC commentary, do you believe, as George Kegoro alleged at The
Assembly of State Parties to The Rome Statute at The Hague, that "the
Kenya Constitution does not provide immunity for the President"???!!!
What is your take on Article 143 of The Kenya Constitution that he
relied on to support his argument???!!!
