The Makueni electorate has spoken and spoken in a unanimous and united voice. It's a new era and the politics of Ukambani is undergoing a metamorphosis. Charity Ngilu is still a force but her influence is waning. She made a lot of efforts through Agnes Ndetei to frustrate the Kilonzo family because she sees the Kambas as gradually gravitating to the Kilonzos as the Centre of gravity in Ukambani politics.
