That is the point.

It does not exist yet. There is only buharimeter to monitor and report on
the newly elected Nigerian presidents key campaign promises.

What is being suggested is to establish a similar mechanism for monitoring
and publicly reporting regularly implementation of political parties and
their candidates' promises. This is one way wanataaluma can contribute to
governance beyond complaining and suggesting what others ought to do.
